Everything you need to know before reserving your appointment.
Booking Fee
A $20 booking fee is required and applied toward your service total. It is non-refundable and may be transferred once with a proper reschedule. A new fee is required after that.
Changes & Cancellations
Please give at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice forfeit the booking fee.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be canceled at the braider’s discretion, and the booking fee will be forfeited. No-call/no-shows may lose future booking privileges.
Hair & Style Preparation
Please arrive with hair washed, fully detangled, and free of all products. Braiding hair is not included. Book every desired service and add-on in advance so enough time is reserved. Hair requirements are provided after booking.
Guests
Please do not bring extra guests. One adult may accompany a minor client.
Sunday Appointments
Sunday appointments are offered when available and include an additional $25 fee, automatically added during booking.
